8 to Follow clues begin next week

To take part simply pick eight horses trained in Europe for Pearl Bloodstock or Qatar Racing and its associate partners, and then pay a tenner for each 'stable' or group of eight horses - all profits go to the charity Racing Welfare, which helps people in need in the racing and bloodstock industries.

Each stable must include four two-year-olds, although a mid-summer transfer window - a new innovation for the competition in its third year - will enable competitors to swop horses.

A full list of 2015 horses will soon be available to view at www.8tofollow.co.uk, and while horses aged three and over, such as Elm Park, Hot Streak, Just The Judge, Side Glance and Trade Storm, will be familiar to many competitors, the two-year-old options will be more challenging.
